The Friday night dinner is free for GC alums and special invited guests. For additional guests, there is a fee of $25 per guest.
The Saturday Concert is free admission. The After-Concert reception is free of charge for you, your families, and your parents.

Hotels
Two blocks of rooms have been reserved for your reservation Friday and/or Saturday nights at the Holiday Inn in Mansfield and the Holiday Inn in Taunton. Please see below for information on how and when to book your room.
HI Mansfield: 15 rooms are reserved at a rate of $109 per double. Booking can be completed on-line (go to holidayinn.com/bos-mansfield and use the three-letter group code “WGC”) or by calling the hotel at 508-339-2200 . To receive a discount, reference the "Wheaton Gentleman Callers 25th Celebration". The deadline for reserving a discounted room is March 7th.
Hl Taunton: 15 rooms are reserved at a rate of $119 per double. Booking can be completed using this phone number: 508-823-0430. The deadline for reserving a discounted room is February 28th.

Overview
- Friday cocktail hour and dinner in Emerson Dining Hall, endowment campaign presentation during dinner, rehearsal in the Woolley Room
- Saturday rehearsal, Concert in the Chapel, reception in Science Center Café
Details
- Friday dinner – Cocktails 5:00-6:00pm, dinner, performance, and endowment presentation 6:00-7:30pm. (Emerson Dining Hall)
- Friday rehearsal – 7:30-9:30pm (Woolley Room, Mary Lyon)
- Saturday rehearsals – 10:00-12:30pm, 2:00-4:30pm (Cole Memorial Chapel)
- Independent Lunch – 12:30-2:00
- Saturday Concert – 7:30-9:00pm (Cole Memorial Chapel). Concert will include brief remarks by President Crutcher and a tribute to the Whims and Wheatones. Note that the Concert dress will be khakis, a navy sports coat, and either a white or blue button down shirt.
- After-Concert Reception – 9:00-10:30pm. Open and free to GC alumni, their families, and GC students (Science Center Cafe)
