WELCOME LETTER
Dear GCs,
Welcome to campus for the 35th Reunion of The Gentlemen Callers. We are excited to collaborate this weekend as we reconnect, meet new friends, perform together, and look back at the distinct GC eras of the last 35 years.
At our Friday dinner, we will begin to reflect on the history of the GCs and learn about what has changed, and what has stayed the same, since 1988. We are looking forward to hearing from our friend of the GCs and Wheaton faculty member Stephanie Burilington Daniels. Wheaton President Michaele Whelan will also be with us and speak to us.
During our Saturday concert, we will see a video produced by the Alumni Union, hear from GCs of all ages, sing songs pulled from different eras of the GCs, and bestow, for the second time, the Eliza’s Son Award for exceptional commitment to the traditions of the GCs.
The Alumni Union Board of Directors, myriad other GC alumni, and the student GCs have contributed many hours to make this weekend a success. The Alumni Relations Office, the Office of Major Gifts, and the Marketing team have also been immensely helpful in making this weekend a reality. Thank you to all.
Thank you for being here. We hope you, your families, and your guests enjoy the weekend.
Sincerely,
The GC Alumni Union Board of Directors

MUSIC
We are handling music for the reunion concert a little differently this year. While all alums and students will sing certain songs at the concert, other songs will be sung by the students and only those alums who sign up to sing those specific songs.
We all will sing "Men of 92", "Lonesome Road", "Cost of Freedom," and "Cecilia."
*Please note "Home" has been removed from the program.
The students and alumni volunteers will sing other songs, which come from different GC eras. Any GC can sing any of these songs, even if the song is not from your time in the GCs. The songs themselves are the homage to our history, but the singers can be a cross-section of alums. These era-specific songs are as follows:
Be brave! Below is a link to music files - use these to learn your part. We will of course rehearse these at the reunion. The students will be the core of these song-specific sub-choirs and will help us immensely.
